Practice Leader – ITIL/ISO2000/Service Improvement

John Worthington has over 25 years in IT, having been involved with the service delivery management space from the supplier side, as a customer, and as a consultant. John holds a Manager’s Certificate in ITIL Service Management and provides both Foundation and Practitioner Certification instruction. His career includes executive positions at Unisys, AT&T, Loral and CIBER.  In addition, John has experience with several emerging software start-ups in the service management space integrate Service Desk Solutions into what is now that company's infrastructure outsourcing practice. He has performed SAS-70 Audits and became the  'IT Service Management Champion' in implementing  ITIL® best practices. John received a B.S. Marketing, Cum Laude, Western New England College.
