Education

We specialize in technology education, equipping decision-makers with the insights they need to evaluate and optimize existing processes effectively. Our approach involves a comparative analysis of different problem-solving strategies—contrasting the adoption of new technologies with the refinement of current systems without additional investments. By providing a comprehensive view of available solutions, we help organizations make informed choices that balance innovation with efficiency.

A key example of our service is guiding companies seeking cost savings on manual data entry tasks. While many vendors advocate replacing human effort with AI-powered automation, this solution comes with challenges, including computational costs, accuracy limitations, and growing security challenges. Our approach goes beyond simply implementing AI—we assess automation strategies such as data classification, human and machine identities, and risk quantification. Our consulting reports outline cost comparisons, preliminary designs, data flow simulations, prototype assessments, and a full evaluation of ownership costs and financial impact.

Fundamental concepts of data and process play a crucial role in our technology evaluations. Data, in essence, is the digital representation of our physical world, generated through interactions with smart devices and sensors. Process definitions, on the other hand, govern the structured execution of tasks in business and daily life. As organizations navigate digital transformation, ensuring the reliability and security of data is paramount. Our expertise in data provenance enables businesses to validate their digital workflows, enhancing their ability to make secure and informed technology-driven decisions.

Process Defined – our lives, work and play activities consist of starting and completing processes. When rise in the morning, we have a number processes that need to complete in order to move on with the events of the day. We have similar repeatable processes to travel to work or school, including arrival, authenticating access, and following through with a number of authorized and required processes.

Many processes are defined by higher-level policies. All processes follow prescribed procedures to collect inputs, follow decisions, and produce outputs.

Current Federal and State policies focus on data privacy with most following a definition including fields such as a person’s name, Social Security number, State of Residence Driver’s number, financial accounts information, and health/medical information. Some States are also adding biometric information.

Technology Convergence

We offer specialized technology convergence consulting, focusing on the virtualization of on-premise data centers and the implementation of private, public, and hybrid cloud solutions. Our expertise helps businesses modernize their IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency while transitioning from traditional data centers to more dynamic cloud environments.

Our team has extensive experience in on-premise solutions, working with virtual machines and container-based architectures to optimize operations and improve workload performance. Whether businesses require local computing control, cloud-native agility, or a hybrid approach, we tailor solutions to meet organizational needs.

Additionally, we have deep knowledge of major Cloud Service Providers, enabling seamless integrations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and IBM Cloud. Our consulting services empower companies to make informed decisions about cloud adoption, migration strategies, and cost-efficient IT management to maximize business success.

Copy Now, Decrypt Later

Right now, cybercriminals are harvesting encrypted data—waiting for the day quantum computers can break today’s encryption. This is the ‘Copy Now, Decrypt Later‘ threat.

The stolen data may look secure now, but once quantum computing advances, all bets are off. Businesses, government agencies, and financial institutions store vast amounts of sensitive information. Without post-quantum cryptography, today’s encrypted records could become tomorrow’s biggest leaks. That’s where ProCap360 steps in.

ProCap360’s vulnerability intelligence platform identifies cryptographic weaknesses before attackers do. Its Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) and Release Bill of Materials (RBOM) ensure every component is quantum-secure—giving organizations the power to act now.

By integrating post-quantum cryptography, organizations can replace outdated encryption methods, protecting data from future threats. ProCap360 ensures encryption policies align with NIST PQC standards and mandates—so businesses aren’t left vulnerable.

The future belongs to those who prepare. Quantum threats are real, but the solution is clear—migrate to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) before it’s too late. With ProCap360, businesses stay ahead, securing what matters most today and tomorrow. Don’t wait for the quantum crisis—act now.

Upgrade to ProCap360’s security intelligence and safeguard your data before it’s compromised. The future is quantum. Are you ready?”

Data Privacy

There is a global movement to identify and protect elements of private data. In 2018 the European Union launched their new Global Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR), a rewrite of their 1990’s era policy. This is a high-water mark from a regulatory body that has identified the personal data definition and required safe handling of third parties of this data. Failure to properly maintain safeguards or delete records at the request of the data owner has stringent penalties. Other countries are adopting these standards or in the case of the USA some states are defining new personal data standards.

At the same time, we have witnessed an explosive growth and use of smartphones over the last 10 years. As edge devices, smartphones support voice, image, video, and smart wearable devices. This smartphone data growth has been increasing each year and has few privacy or information user protections. This edge captured data plus chat and messaging data has supported the explosive growth of the digital social media and merchant companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Netflix and Google and many more.

The data provenance of many of the company user enrollments is increasing coming into question. Adversarial uses of the edge platform and social media companies is hard to detect let alone control.

Privacy programs in use are mostly by industry regulation today. In healthcare, HIPAA/HiTech are used for patient identified data. In the financial sector, PCI (payment card industry) provides for user financial data to be protected.

The NeuStratos® methodology to collect the Edge data source and catalog the provenance of the data can assist in the identification that social media and merchant companies need to support their user data privacy path.
